A VISIT FROM THE ROBIN TODAY!

My journal flew out to Stephanie who should have it shortly (it had a little flight delay) and in flew Tammy's journal today! It was so exciting to open her package and to see her fabulous journal. Earthy colors inspired with elements of nature and embellished with the number 8. Inside she had pockets of tags for sign in by each artists and a sweet note of friendship and inspiration. The back side of this journal depicts travel and this journal will be well traveled as it journey's between 8 artists and back home again.

I love the key element on this journal and this beautiful feather. There is also a natural plant pod.

Take a peek inside!

Love the tag pockets and tags for sign in and footprints left by the artist.

Backside of Tammy's journal... Got ART? Will Travel!

This is just one of my favorite parts of Tammy's Journal..the wording on the front:

"She was no sooner in possession of it than, hurrying into the little copse, where she was least likely to be interrupted, she sat down on one of the benches, and prepared to be happy.."

So poetically stated, so bold, so simply put, soooo me when I got her journal from my mail box. I just scampered away like a little mouse with my piece of cheese off to my little copse where I would least likely be interrupted and prepared to be happy... as I soaked in every detail of this journal..and pondered on what I shall send with the Robin...

Thank you Tammy for allowing me to "art party" in your journal and be a memory and a friend!

XO
Kim

Stay tuned for more photos as this robin flies out and another one flies in!
