BEHIND THE SCENES

Of course this necklace is NOT a necklace worn a Princess or a Queen, it is a necklace that COULD be worn by a Princess. It is also my submission for this week's art challenge over at INSPIRATION AVENUE. This necklace has been handmade from an antique pocket watch case, vintage jewelry pieces, vintage watch parts, a vintage diary key & swaroski crystals and includes a velvet ribbon with clasp.

INSPIRATION AVENUE is hosting a CHARITY ART AUCTION to benefit ANGEL FACES, (young girls that have suffered extensive burns to their faces). This necklace will be one of the items I am donating to the CHARITY ART AUCTION beginning May 1 - May 7th to benefit all the girls at ANGELS FACES that deserve to be a PRINCESS!

I hope you will pop over to INSPIRATION AVENUE on MAY 1 -MAY 7th and place a bid for this most worthy auction. Bidding for this Royal Necklace will begin with $28.00.

Thanks for viewing my submission and be sure to mark your calenders for the auction.
We would love it if you posted the CHARITY ART AUCTION BADGE to your blog and help pass on the word!

  4. So elegant with the bling around the case and the velvet ribbon! Yet so steampunk-y too. I like the juxtaposition (how's that for a ten dollar word! Well, 2 $10 words if you count steampunk-y!).
